What We Do

Most recently, the Joint Consortium is supporting and partnering in emerging work on the effectiveness of comprehensive school health in building a culture of wellness / well-being and achievement / success in the school setting and in the lives of students. Effective and sustainable progress in the application of comprehensive school health in school communities depends on a common vision, shared responsibilities, and harmonized actions among health and education leaders. The Consortium works with the provincial and territorial ministries, with the Public Health Agency of Canada, and with its partners in research, policy, and practice to continuously improve outcomes of student wellness and success.
